"We had the very BEST experience with Confetti Events and our coordinator, Theresa Mezzari! From our initial planning call, to the rehearsal, to the day of our wedding - she was AMAZING! She ensured that all of our vendors were confirmed, and that everyone was on the same page. She helped me coordinate several surprises for my groom on the wedding day. She ensured that our vendors were aware of our preferences, and that everything was set exactly how we wanted it - from the ceremony to the reception. Everywhere I turned, she was there, handing me a bottle of water or a glass of champagne...making sure I had something to eat at the reception, and that I was relaxed and having a great time on that day! She helped us stay on track and start our events on time - priceless! We also had an assistant coordinator who was incredibly helpful - she stayed with us for all of the photos and helped me straighten my dress and veil, she also helped with our awesome sparkler photos. When I sat down on a sand dune for pictures, I put my hand in some sand dune burrs (oops!), she helped pick them out of my hand. I had underestimated the value of having day-of coordinators, but now its not even a question. They are priceless!!! Theresa worked so hard, and never stopped running that day - I don't know how she did it. "Planning a wedding is stressful and requires a great attention to detail. My mother and I worked with Kristen, the owner of Confetti, to plan my wedding. We started working with her about 8 months out from the wedding date and already had a lot of vendors sorted out (as they were family friends). Kristen managed all vendors with grace and didn't step on anyone's toes, which was a challenge as they were already connected with my mom and dad. She was a great intermediary and I could always count on her to have an answer for my questions. While I may have created a schedule of events for the wedding weekend, Kristen took it above and beyond what I had created. She had each minute planned out and had a team of professional women working with her. They were always calm and had a solution to any problem (the day of the wedding or the months leading up to it). "I worked with Kaylea from Confetti on my wedding that was held waterfront at a private home - she is AMAZING!!! We decided to have a small wedding instead of eloping last minute (giving us about 10 days to plan) and expected only about 15 people to RSVP and ended up having a guest list of 50. My photographer suggested that I use a day of event coordinator so I was not trying to run the wedding while being a bride (I would suggest the same to everyone now), so I contacted Kaylea a little over a week before my wedding. She was PERFECT for the job, and ended up being far more help than just day of coordinating. I am actually not sure how I would have gotten my wedding done without her! She is incredibly knowledgeable, hard-working, and helpful; a true expert in her industry. On top of that, her confident - calm, cool, collected approach and attitude kept me grounded and I was able to feel more relaxed every step of the way. Her taste is impeccable and she had an immediate suggestion / solution for every challenge that came up and found the best vendor for each. I was so busy that I asked if she could choose the linens, flowers, cake, and some additional decor based on what she thought worked with the venue and everything turned out PERFECT! My wedding could not have been more beautiful thanks to her. There were some aspects I was budget conscious about and Kaylea reached out to multiple vendors and found the best option for each. When the day of the wedding arrived she was amazingly task oriented and professional. She managed the set-up and execution of the wedding, and her and her team worked so hard to make sure everything was perfect while making sure I was taking care of and happy at the same time. She ran the event seamlessly and had a plan in place for every activity and step of the way. Her and her team went incredibly above and beyond for everything and anything the wedding could possibly need and I would be happy to recommend her for any project."

tell that Jamie and her team truly love weddings and will do

in the event industry and thought I could handle planning my 
wedding...boy was I wrong. I would strongly encourage

only for day of! I could not have been happier with Kristen--
for months we kept in touch with me via email, text, and
phone and she was always available to answer any of my
crazy questions along the way, and throw out ideas/reminders/

step of the way. Even with an unexpected downpour, they

with the vendors, photographers, videographer, set up,

and always have a smile on their faces. Everyone I talked
to that night commented on how wonderful they all were. I have

"Nicole was amazing!!! We booked our wedding at the Hilton
on Clearwater Beach and couldn't be happier with how
everything turned out. We are from North Carolina so we did
everything based on pictures and phone calls until the weekend
we arrived for the wedding. We met with Nicole and gave her
our vision for the decorations we brought. She set up our table
decorations and a few other things and made them look great! 
She also did a great job coordinating with vendors and keeping
