While Alison made sure everything was running smoothly, Annie followed myself and my husband around as we took pictures, holding our drinks, giving advice, doing whatever we asked of her. We loved Annie!! So grateful to have worked with both of these ladies!!"

She was punctual and professional in all of our meetings leading up to the event and she went above and beyond in her role. Brooke was able to turn my vision of our venue into a reality. When our DJ didn't show up, Confetti Events immediately saved the day by utilizing their extensive network to secure a DJ (Breezin Entertainment) so last minute!! As I panicked, they stayed calm and professional, knowing they could resolve the issue. They seriously saved the wedding!! I wish there was more I could do to show my great appreciation of them! "Karin and her team at Confetti Events were the best day-of-coordinators for our wedding! This was seriously the best money spent! She was detail-oriented, professional and assertive when coordinating our wedding. She created a comprehensive timeline so that everyone knew exactly what to do and where to go. We were coordinating between three different locations, so her organization and attention to detail was essential. Even though I hired a day-of-coordinator, Karin worked for several hours leading up to the big day to ensure all the details were worked out and all the vendors were on schedule. Additionally, Karin was such a pleasure to work with! She made everyone feel so comfortable and relaxed! She is such a sweetheart! "Megan did an outstanding job with coordinating our October wedding. She is so detailed and really spends time to listen to your vision for the big day. She spent a lot of time setting up items that myself and my family could not. She even brought two assistants with her on the day of to help with all the groomsman, bridesmaids and family members. She really made sure that the whole day was running according to schedule and even helped put out some small "fires" when extra guests showed up! Definitely worth hiring this company if you want to be stress free on your big day!!"

"We had the very BEST experience with Confetti Events and our coordinator, Theresa Mezzari! From our initial planning call, to the rehearsal, to the day of our wedding - she was AMAZING! She ensured that all of our vendors were confirmed, and that everyone was on the same page. She helped me coordinate several surprises for my groom on the wedding day. She ensured that our vendors were aware of our preferences, and that everything was set exactly how we wanted it - from the ceremony to the reception. Everywhere I turned, she was there, handing me a bottle of water or a glass of champagne...making sure I had something to eat at the reception, and that I was relaxed and having a great time on that day! She helped us stay on track and start our events on time - priceless! We also had an assistant coordinator who was incredibly helpful - she stayed with us for all of the photos and helped me straighten my dress and veil, she also helped with our awesome sparkler photos. When I sat down on a sand dune for pictures, I put my hand in some sand dune burrs (oops!), she helped pick them out of my hand. I had underestimated the value of having day-of coordinators, but now its not even a question. They are priceless!!! Theresa worked so hard, and never stopped running that day - I don't know how she did it. My husband and I will be forever grateful to Theresa and Confetti for taking a great group of vendors, my detailed plan, and making our wedding day absolutely flawless!! -The Orays 10.1.16"

My husband and I have a busy work schedule and we lived 1.5 hours away from our wedding location, so our planner was always willing to meet us in a convenient location after work hours. Karin kept us on track as we made decisions on all the little details that go into planning a wedding. She gave great recommendations and helped us find all of our amazing vendors. On the wedding day, Karin had a great supporting team from Confetti Events. There were so many people there to help with everything, so my husband and I could sit back and relax - and actually enjoy our wedding day! Karin and her team thought of all the details. They made sure the champagne flutes, gifts/cards, ceremony shoes and more of our belongings made it back to the bridal suite as we enjoyed our reception. "We are so happy we chose Confetti for our wedding! Everything was amazing, and we did not have to deal with any coordinating or details the day of the wedding. We had a huge hiccup 7 months before the wedding, which resulted in a date change, and our initial planner helped us contact ALL of the vendors and find their availability. It turned out the only vendor who could not make the new date was my initial coordinator; however, Confetti immediately got us in touch with the replacement coordinator. Karin was so organized, always calm, and so nice/understanding. Although I am a very nervous person, Karin really calmed me down at all of our meetings and the day of the wedding. directly with Kristen NeSmith and got the pleasure of also talking 
to Jamie (owner) throughout the planning process. You can just
tell that Jamie and her team truly love weddings and will do
anything to make sure you as the bride are happy and
stress-free leading up to and day of your wedding. I used to work
in the event industry and thought I could handle planning my 
wedding...boy was I wrong. I would strongly encourage
anyone planning a wedding to look into hiring a planner, even if
only for day of! I could not have been happier with Kristen--
for months we kept in touch with me via email, text, and
phone and she was always available to answer any of my
crazy questions along the way, and throw out ideas/reminders/
suggestions that were invaluable. When we met for our details
meeting a couple of weeks before the wedding, I was
amazed at Kristen's attention to detail. My Mom and I left that
meeting feeling stress-free and excited for the big day, instead of
worried or stressed about all the details. Day of, Kristen and
her team ensured that I was ok and taken care of every
step of the way. Even with an unexpected downpour, they
kept everything on track and organized. It was a whirlwind
with the vendors, photographers, videographer, set up,
last minute details etc. and I did not have to worry about a
thing. Kristen and team were such a pleasure to be around and
were extremely professional. The team has a "get it done" attitude
and always have a smile on their faces. Everyone I talked
to that night commented on how wonderful they all were. I have
recommended Confetti to everyone I know and can't thank them
enough--because of them, my husband and I were able to focus
on and enjoy the best day of our lives."

"Nicole was amazing!!! We booked our wedding at the Hilton
on Clearwater Beach and couldn't be happier with how
everything turned out. We are from North Carolina so we did
everything based on pictures and phone calls until the weekend
we arrived for the wedding. We met with Nicole and gave her
our vision for the decorations we brought. She set up our table
decorations and a few other things and made them look great! 
She also did a great job coordinating with vendors and keeping
our families on time which is not an easy task!
