I have to say that Annie was truly amazing!! While Alison made sure everything was running smoothly, Annie followed myself and my husband around as we took pictures, holding our drinks, giving advice, doing whatever we asked of her. We loved Annie!! So grateful to have worked with both of these ladies!!"

When our DJ didn't show up, Confetti Events immediately saved the day by utilizing their extensive network to secure a DJ (Breezin Entertainment) so last minute!! "Megan did an outstanding job with coordinating our October wedding. She is so detailed and really spends time to listen to your vision for the big day. She spent a lot of time setting up items that myself and my family could not. She even brought two assistants with her on the day of to help with all the groomsman, bridesmaids and family members. She really made sure that the whole day was running according to schedule and even helped put out some small "fires" when extra guests showed up! Definitely worth hiring this company if you want to be stress free on your big day!!"

"We had the very BEST experience with Confetti Events and our coordinator, Theresa Mezzari! From our initial planning call, to the rehearsal, to the day of our wedding - she was AMAZING! She ensured that all of our vendors were confirmed, and that everyone was on the same page. She helped me coordinate several surprises for my groom on the wedding day. She ensured that our vendors were aware of our preferences, and that everything was set exactly how we wanted it - from the ceremony to the reception. Everywhere I turned, she was there, handing me a bottle of water or a glass of champagne...making sure I had something to eat at the reception, and that I was relaxed and having a great time on that day! She helped us stay on track and start our events on time - priceless! We also had an assistant coordinator who was incredibly helpful - she stayed with us for all of the photos and helped me straighten my dress and veil, she also helped with our awesome sparkler photos. When I sat down on a sand dune for pictures, I put my hand in some sand dune burrs (oops!), she helped pick them out of my hand. I had underestimated the value of having day-of coordinators, but now its not even a question. They are priceless!!! Theresa worked so hard, and never stopped running that day - I don't know how she did it. We had a huge hiccup 7 months before the wedding, which resulted in a date change, and our initial planner helped us contact ALL of the vendors and find their availability. It turned out the only vendor who could not make the new date was my initial coordinator; however, Confetti immediately got us in touch with the replacement coordinator. "Planning a wedding is stressful and requires a great attention to detail. My mother and I worked with Kristen, the owner of Confetti, to plan my wedding. We started working with her about 8 months out from the wedding date and already had a lot of vendors sorted out (as they were family friends). Kristen managed all vendors with grace and didn't step on anyone's toes, which was a challenge as they were already connected with my mom and dad. She was a great intermediary and I could always count on her to have an answer for my questions. While I may have created a schedule of events for the wedding weekend, Kristen took it above and beyond what I had created. She had each minute planned out and had a team of professional women working with her. They were always calm and had a solution to any problem (the day of the wedding or the months leading up to it). There is certainly a lot on any bride's plate, but Kristen and the Confetti team certainly alleviated a good portion of my stress! "Megan was absolutely amazing!!! From the beginning, I felt like she not only understood my vision but she was just as excited about my day as I was! I could email or call her at anytime and she would always provide an immediate and enthusiastic response. She was excited to hear my updates and always provided guidance with choosing vendors and helped me decide what to do when I was being the most indecisive bride. The best part about having her apart of my day was how much she really loves her job! She is organized and structured but also flexible with last minute changes. I am 100% certain that my day would have not been PERFECT without Megan and her team. "I had Heather McBride as a Day of Coordinator and she was amazing to work with! I met with her two weeks out from the wedding to go over my vision and to create the schedule. She took the time to listen to all the details, help create the timeline, be the point of contact for all our vendors, make sure everyone had the same timeline, and to ensure everything was ready to go leading up the wedding. On the day of our wedding, while all of the girls got ready and were taking pictures, she was with us for any assistance we needed. I absolutely loved how calm and collected she was because it gave me reassurance that everything was okay. For a day that just seems to be go go go, that really made me feel at ease! Any issue that came up during the day or any decisions that needed to be made on the spot- she was there to assist and make sure I didn't worry. "Our planner, Theresa, from Confetti Events truly went above and beyond. When we first started planning, Theresa was helpful in suggesting vendors we should use based on our wants and needs. Throughout the course of planning, she followed up with our vendors, sent reminder emails and helpful checklists for things we should be doing each month. She always made herself available for meetings and phone calls to answer questions, and responded promptly to every email full of questions. On the day of our wedding, things could not have gone more smoothly. Theresa and her team were busy working behind the scenes from the moment I began getting ready to the very end of the reception. While the bridesmaids and I were getting ready, the Confetti team ran out and got us lunch, set it up, and then cleaned the dishes after we were done. My photographer told me after the fact he has never seen anything like this. While getting ready, I dropped one of my earrings, and it broke into several pieces. One of the Confetti team members grabbed the pieces and fixed the earring with superglue and tweezers while I continued to enjoy my morning. The Confetti team worked with each of our vendors to make sure our ceremony and reception venues were set up according to what we had described, our transportation for guests ran on time, our details were placed appropriately at the reception venue, our flowers were present for photos (and the list goes on and on). They coordinated our first look arrivals, and gave directions during the group photographs, the ceremony and the reception—all without any of our guests realizing they were there. We were able to relax and have fun at the reception knowing one of the Confetti team members would grab us and make sure we were always in the right place at the right time. Based on my experience, I would recommend Confetti Events to anyone planning a wedding! I am so fortunate to have had Theresa as my wedding planner."

"I cannot thank Theresa and her assistant enough for all of the hard work that they did for my husband and I on our wedding day. I truly believe that things would not have gone as smoothly as they did without her help!! We were contracted through the Hilton and as they day got closer, we were able to speak on the phone where she did a very thorough explanation of Confetti's services and asked about all of the details of our big day. On the day of, she was great in getting all of our vendors together and making sure that our bridal party/parents/and guests where were they needed to be. Throughout the night, our timeline of events changed as my husband and I changed our minds and the lighting changed for our photographer. Theresa was great in coordinating these changes with the photographer, videographer, the Hilton's waitstaff, and the DJ. Even though I was a destination bride, I did have quite a few DIY projects that I had that my husband and the bridal party needed to set up. My husband told me that even though she was not obligated to set up any of these items, she helped him immensely with the set up. We were told that since these were our own personal items, that we would need to pick up them at the end of the evening as well, which was fine, but as the night ended, Theresa had already had everything picked up and put away in the room for us. Theresa and her assistant (sorry, I don't remember her name!) went above and beyond, and I hope this message expresses the amount of gratitude my husband and I have for their help!"

"Being Facebook friends with Nicole I always took notice of how beautiful her weddings were. As soon as I was engaged, I hired her!! She made the wedding planning process as effortless as it could be with recommending the best vendors. "Both my fiancé and I are exceptionally organized people, so at first we weren’t even convinced we needed to hire a wedding planner. But once our wedding ideas started to take shape, we quickly realized how hard it was going to be to pull off everything we wanted to do by ourselves. (Especially since one of those ideas was to recreate a 1980’s video game arcade for our reception!) So we began our search on Wedding Wire and thanks to the feedback and reviews provided, Confetti Events moved quickly to the top of our radar. From the start of our initial consultation with Kristin, co-owner of Confetti Events, we knew we made the right decision. Not only did Kristin seem completely unfazed by the slew of unusual details we were outlining but she also seemed genuinely excited for us. Our initial appointment turned into a fun brainstorming session which concluded with us hiring Confetti Events and Kristin herself. In the time leading up to our wedding, Kristin went out of her way to accommodate every one of our crazy, nerdy requests. She also provided us with helpful count-down timelines and suggestions so that no detail got overlooked. Her experience in wedding planning was instantly evident and only further reassured our decision to trust Confetti Events with our big day. When our wedding day finally arrived, Kristin and her team really hit their marks. My fiancé and I were reduced to quivering balls of nerves and excitement and were ill equipped to handle simple tasks let alone execute every detail that went into running a “far from conventional” event like ours. Thanks to Kristin and her Confetti team, our wedding (and surprise 1980s video game arcade reception) was a HUGE success and so much fun! Over the last year of planning our event, we gained a new appreciation for the value of a quality wedding planner but more importantly, we made a lifelong friend in Kristin."

"Our wedding had been moved inside due to rain which coming from Pittsburgh to have a beach wedding was upsetting. However, Nicole and Erica made every detail so perfect and special that my husband and I as well as my guests didn't even notice. They set everything up to perfection as we had asked and was with us every step of the way. They directed my guests to their seats and kept all of our events running on time. We even were able to be outside for sunset pictures which were unbelievable. They provided outstanding service and I highly recommend them for your wedding day. They were both very sweet and you could tell they were passionate about their job and truly cared. I received so many compliments of their service and my guests had a blast!!!"
