"I had Heather McBride as a Day of Coordinator and she was amazing to work with! I met with her two weeks out from the wedding to go over my vision and to create the schedule. She took the time to listen to all the details, help create the timeline, be the point of contact for all our vendors, make sure everyone had the same timeline, and to ensure everything was ready to go leading up the wedding. On the day of our wedding, while all of the girls got ready and were taking pictures, she was with us for any assistance we needed. I absolutely loved how calm and collected she was because it gave me reassurance that everything was okay. For a day that just seems to be go go go, that really made me feel at ease! Any issue that came up during the day or any decisions that needed to be made on the spot- she was there to assist and make sure I didn't worry. Her team also did an amazing job setting up the reception with the things I provided and ensuring it all got back to me at the end of the night. I would highly recommend Heather, she is a person who would get along with anyone in your wedding and with all your vendors which is very important too!
