you to our THREE newest

ASSOCIATE COORDINATORS!

KYELA FAETT

Hi everyone! I am Kyela and I am overjoyed to officially

be a part of the confetti team as an Associate Coordinator!

I graduated from the University of South Florida with a

Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communications and a

focus on Public Relations. After my first year in college,

it became clear that I wanted to take up planning as

a career. I have been working in the events industry

for the past four years and I am delighted to be a part of

the Confetti Team! I plan to stay in Tampa and am excited

to grow with this savvy team of "Confetti Girls!"

I have already learned so much from Jamie and can't

wait to continue to learn all things wedding! I have

been in love with the entire wedding industry from day

one. I am very passionate about planning and all

things detail-oriented. I see Confetti as the perfect fit

for me because I strive to be the best at everything I

do. The entire Confetti team reflects this same aspiration!

It is an honor to work with women who are just as

passionate as I am about what they do!

NICOLE VOUTE

Nicole moved across the pond from UK to the Sunshine State

in 2000. In Tampa, she attended a performing arts high school

for voice and went on to the University of South Florida where

she graduated with a Bachelors of Arts in Communication

and a Certification in Special Event Coordination. 

Her work ethic embodies personalized service, elegance and

fun, while creating stunning occasions and unforgettable

memories for her clients. She has a serious weakness for 

bouquets that look freshly picked, anything with a bow on

it and gorgeous calligraphy. When she's not party prepping,

Nicole unwinds by trying new restaurants and recipes,

decorating her new house and pinning ideas/inspiration

on Pinterest!

ALYSSA NICHOLS

Hello everyone! My name is Alyssa and I am so beyond excited

to become one of the newest Associate Coordinators! I have 

been a part of the wedding industry for two years and have

fallen completely head over heels for the business

of making dreams become realities! Once I started, I told

myself I would make event planning my life-- that's how

much I love doing what I do!

I love helping others get organized and prepared because

I love the feeling of making others stress free! I find that

being creative and passionate about my clients' vision

makes me fit in with the Confetti team perfectly. 

I am also blessed to have this opportunity from Jamie to

come full circle in this industry and to dive right into this

incredibly opportunity with Confetti! 

They say that if you love what you do, you'll never

work a day in your life. So far...I can say they are 

right about that!

Our idea is to create a unique
wedding registry!

If you are looking through departments stores for your registry

and realize you already have most of the items you need

or want and are worrying how you will pay for your

honeymoon with all of your money being spent on the

wedding night?

Honeyfund.com is a registry website where family and

friends can contribute to your honeymoon and can allow you

to travel the way you most desire! You can set-up different

categories (i.e. hotel, airfare, dinner, champagne, limousines,

excursions, etc.)! You can also create categories on

non-wedding related items such as a down-payment on a 

house or even the new bedroom set you and your fiancé

so desperately want!

The services go on and on at Honeyfund.com...and they

are FREE! They provide you with printable insert cards for

your invitations, links to post on the popular social media sites,

and gift etiquette information. It will also give you access to a

list where you can track who contributed what and you can record

who you have and have not sent thank you notes to!

Yay! The days are dwindling down and the event you’ve been 

waiting for is drawing closer and closer! No matter what 

the event may be, the one thing that us girls constantly

contemplate after the thought of “What am I going to wear?!” is…

How should my hair look??

Hair is one of those staples of a woman’s outfit that is 

almost as important as what she is actually wearing.

It not only shows taste and fashion but it pulls your entire

outfit together completing your look. No matter what your

hair color or length are, there are always ways to create a

hairdo that wows the crowd and will never be forgotten. 

Keep these tips in mind while planning your look for your event

 to make sure your hair looks as perfect as the event itself!

                  

1) Don’t drastically change your cut or color the day of

the big event. Many of us want to create a new look and

make our hair “perfect” the day of the big event, but dying

or cutting your hair in a drastic way the day of your event 

could create complications. Instead, talk to your stylist about 

coloring/cutting your hair 1-2 weeks in advance so corrections can 

be made if necessary with the extra time you have allowed yourself. 

  

 2) The Olive-Oil Diet. Looking for more elasticity and 

conditioning? Use a comb to rake a tablespoon of olive oil 

through the hair once a week to create the nourishing look you desire.

You can also apply olive oil before going to the beach to prevent 

your hair from becoming dehydrated from the sun and salt water.

3) Withstand that burst of cold. While in the shower, 

right before you get out turn on the cold water and let it run through 

your hair. This simple trick seals your cuticle while creating 

a sleek finishing look to your strands.

4) Frizz-me-not. Want to keep away that frizz

that constantly seems to linger on your hair whenever you 

get out of the shower? Before you get out, try to wring out as 

much water as you can and then use a paper towel to squeeze

out the rest. Then, let air dry 5 to 10 minutes before blow drying 

or styling. By not wrapping up your hair in a towel, it prevents your 

locks from sitting in a hot and humid space, 

creating that unwanted frizz.

5) The Oktoberfest Rinse. Try this home remedy: 

Mix half a liter of beer with lukewarm water and pour into a 

spray bottle, spritzing on dry hair. Leave in 20 minutes and 

then rinse to keep hair strong and glossy.

6) Blonde Secrets from the Czechs. Looking for 

a neutral blonde color? Boil the skins of 6 yellow onions in 

4 cups of water and use as a rinse. This is how Czech 

women achieve their beautiful blonde hair. 

The best part: the rinse doesn’t smell!

7) As thick as a horsetail. Looking for longer, thicker 

and ultimately healthier hair? Try Mane N’ Tail Horse Shampoo 

which helps you to achieve your desired look. 

Use like regular shampoo.
