This Week we are featuring...
We LOVE working with Amy and Britta!
They are a fantastic team who create the most stunning invitations for our brides.
Here is some great professional advice from Amy...
"We’ve found the most productive invitation consultations are the result of the bride being organized and coming prepared. I love to see a potential client pull out a neatly organized binder with all of her wedding information: locations, start times, contracts, vendor information, and (most importantly) inspiration photos. Seeing photos of what she likes and feels represents her wedding style is so important in the custom design process. The photos need not be of other invitations, they can be florals, tablescapes, or other elements that comprise the overall wedding style."
"It is best to meet with an invitation professional once the bride has selected colors, location(s) and has a general idea of how many guests she is inviting. It is also highly recommended that she think about an invitation budget. Not coming to an invitation consultation prepared with this information leads to impulse decisions that are either changed or regretted at a later time. This delays the process and can cause undue stress!"
"A good and reputable stationer will be attentive, prompt and professional with their clients. Brides should remember that they are always in the driver’s seat. If something doesn’t feel right, it might be time to reconsider some decisions."
