Prosecco Floats
Place 1-2 scoops of store-bought sorbet of your choice
Haagen-Dazs’ strawberry, raspberry and peach are all great.
Fill glass with Prosecco or other sparkling wine; 7 Up also works.
Add 3 or so raspberries or other pretty fruit. Serve. Coco Loco Cocktail
1/2 oz Amaretto
1 1/2 oz light rum
1 oz Cream of Coconut
1 tsp grenadine
dashes of milk
1/2 oz unsweetened pineapple juice
Combine all ingredients in a blender with 1/2 cup ice until smooth.
